Post mounted sign systems have made progress enormously over the years
since the days of introduction and main use of conventional plank type panels with rear bolted clamps to retain them
to the posts as you still see today on some road signs and for old National Hospital schemes.
We still offer these as an economical
alternative.

Economy Ali and Plank
An alternative for those seeking a professional sign plank system but with greater savings on the budgets!
It is a system of 50mm square aluminium posts with face fixed 10mm White rot proof acrylic background 'planks' or larger panels
Superimposed coloured backgrounds are an option as well as:
3mm rigid aluminium plate but with surface visible fixings via self tapping screws, security headed set screws or pop-riveted onto 50mm square aluminium posts as offered with PlasPlank.
Many formats of extrusion are now available. Posts can be round, oval square and some shaped which accept planks and panels inserted within the posts as well as slotted over or even bolted from the rear.
All available in a range of powder coated RAL colours, and some even available to accomodate clear acrylic face covers for extra protection.
An economy range of powder coated fabricated 'slide-over' aluminium planks with locking "grub screw" fixing to lock onto 50mm dia posts. Powder coated white as standard and with a choice of other RAL colours.

Aluminium Post Cones.
Aluminium post mounted 'cones' manufactured from 1.5mm powder coated aluminium, welded to form a one piece unit 600mm x 400mm (tapering) with fixing supplied to clamp to 76mm dia post.
Most RAL and BS colours matched and available plain or lettered.

Three sided post fixed cone, Four sided post fixed cone or a two sided wall fixed 'half' cone
Posts available separately: 2m, 3m or 4m Silver or Coloured.
Post Mounted Curved Inset Signs.
Post components available for use with standard curved inset profiles to form a single post double sided unit or double side-by-side posts for free standing or floor mounted applications
